ABOUT JUMMY

I became a psychiatric provider because I believe everyone deserves to be truly heard

Board-certified. Compassionate. Firmly in your corner

MY STORY

This practice was built around one simple belief.

My name is Olajumoke Johnbo, also known as “Jummy.” I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP, PMHNP-BC) and the founder of Vita Bridge Health LLC.

At Vita Bridge Health, we provide compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care to adults across Arizona through secure and convenient telehealth services. Since 2023, we have specialized in psychiatric medication management for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, psychosis, and mood disorders—helping our clients regain clarity, stability, and control over their lives.

As an African clinician, I bring a culturally informed and deeply respectful perspective to care. I understand the unique challenges many individuals face, including stigma, family expectations, and the unspoken pressure to “stay strong.” That’s why we prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where every client feels seen, heard, and valued.

Our approach is collaborative and tailored to you. We take the time to truly understand your experiences, needs, and goals—then work with you to develop a treatment plan that is practical, effective, and sustainable.

At Vita Bridge Health, our mission is simple: to help you feel better, function at your best, and move forward with confidence.

My credentials represent years of rigorous training and a deep commitment to staying at the forefront of psychiatric care. But credentials alone don’t make a great provider. It’s what you do with the knowledge — and how you show up for the person sitting across from you.

MY STORY

The beliefs that guide
Everything we do

Access is not a privilege

Quality psychiatric care should be within reach for everyone — regardless of income, location, or schedule. That’s why we accept most major insurance plans and offer evening and weekend hours.

Stigma stops here

Mental health is health. There is nothing weak or shameful about seeking support. We work hard to create an environment where you feel completely safe being honest.

You are the expert on your life

I bring the clinical knowledge. You bring the lived experience. The best outcomes happen when both are respected equally in the room

Care should feel like care

Not an assembly line. Not a transaction. Every patient deserves to feel genuinely seen and supported — every single visit.

A NOTE FROM JUMMY

If you’ve been putting this off — I understand.

Reaching out for psychiatric support takes courage. There’s often a long internal conversation that happens before anyone actually makes that first appointment — doubt, fear, the worry that it won’t help or that you’ll be judged for needing it.

I want you to know that none of that is true here. Whatever you’re carrying, however long you’ve been carrying it — you deserve support, and you deserve to be met with kindness when you finally ask for it.

I’m here when you’re ready.
