Not sure if you're covered?

Here's how to check

Call the number on your card

Find the member services number on the back of your insurance card. This is the fastest way to get a definitive answer on your coverage.

Ask these specific questions

"Is Vita Bridge Health in-network under my plan?" and "What is my copay for telehealth psychiatric visits?" Having these answers removes all surprises.

Or just ask us

HOW BILLINGS WORK

No surprises
Just clarity

Your copay or coinsurance

Depending on your plan, you may owe a copay or coinsurance at the time of your visit. This amount is set by your insurance company, not by us.

When you'll be billed

Claims are submitted to your insurance after each appointment. Any remaining balance after insurance processing will be billed to you directly.

Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

After your insurance processes the claim, you’ll receive an EOB from your insurer. This is not a bill — it’s a summary of what was covered and what you may owe.

Questions about your bill?

If you receive a bill that seems incorrect or have questions about charges, please contact us directly. We’ll work through it with you.

Cost should never be the reason someone doesn't get psychiatric support.
